C 8 Thermostabilizer
The inactivation of yeasts and bacteria, both in the product and along the whole circuit (bottle included) is necessary to guarantee the permanent biological stability of the final product. This result is easily and safely reached through heating. This operation is carried out – with the widest range of choices – by means of a C 8 thermostabilizer (single, double or three-stage), coupled to a degassing unit when needed (cover photo). Completely AISI 304 stainless steel, with AISI 316 exchange plates, strictly sanitary, equipped with a sophisticated instrumentation to check and adjust temperatures and pressures, it is an advanced technological innovation, both from the constructive and the functional point of view. Can be optionally inserted: a column for the preventive saturation with carbon dioxide, or a vacuum-operating chamber for preventive deoxygenation.
